Are the flowers fresh and will they be delivered in good condition?
We take all possible measures to ensure your flowers are delivered in pristine condition. All floral arrangements are prepared fresh every morning and are delivered in temperature-controlled vehicles to ensure that.
If you’re dissatisfied, kindly contact customer service and we’ll work to immediately rectify the situation.
Since I am sending a gift, can the price tags be removed?
As part of our standard protocol, all price tags and stickers are removed before shipping.
Can I send my gift anonymously?
Yes, we offer an anonymous delivery option as well which is valid from the time the order was placed until 4 hours after the delivery. After the given time frame, this information will be disclosed if the recipient contacts us to enquire about the sender details.
Will the delivery be a surprise?
Our delivery partner will contact the recipient to confirm their address and availability, but your recipient does not know what they are getting until they receive it.

Which flowers do I select?

What is the minimum value for an order?
We can currently only accept orders over AED100 (US $27) online.
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
You would receive an order confirmation email within 1 hour of making the order on our website. If an hour has passed and you have not yet received one, kindly contact us for assistance.
How can I cancel the order? Do I get a full refund?
Customers can cancel an order up to 24 hours before delivery and get a full refund, minus a 5% transaction fee. Same-day orders, however, cannot be cancelled. Please read our cancellation policy for more details.

How can I pay? What payment options do I have?
You can make your payment on our website through a wide range of local and global payment options. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and UnionPay.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all the seven Emirates of the UAE – Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah.
When will the recipient get my same-day order?
We offer same-day delivery options in Dubai.
A same-day delivery order can be placed before 8:00pm Gulf Standard time. While placing the order, please choose between our two available delivery slots 10:00am – 4:00pm and 4:00pm – 10:00pm.
How do I know if my order has been delivered?
We will notify you via email once your order has been delivered.
I do not have the exact address of the recipient, just a telephone or mobile number and the state. Can you still deliver?
We prefer a complete delivery address, but if the phone number is accurate and operational, we will try to contact the recipient and obtain the delivery address from him or her.
Do you call the recipient before delivery?
Yes, it’s company policy to call the recipient to confirm the address, and that the recipient is available there at the time of delivery. However, the recipient never knows what he or she is about to receive so that the element of the surprise is maintained.
What if the product received is damaged?
